How do I pay using cash ?

Outside front desk opening hours, only credit card can be used.

I already paid on Booking.com or Expedia.com, why do I have to pay again ?

Legal tourist taxes are separate and have to be paid on site, even when room is already paid online. Reservations are not always already debited by Booking.com or Expedia, please check your reservation. In case of double payment, please join the front desk later when it’s opened. Verifications will be made and refund will be processed by management as soon as possible.

I forgot or lost the access code to my room

I can display your access code using the self check-in machine, by clicking the “You have a reservation for tonight”

How do I contact on site staff ?

In case of emergency, you can contact on-call staff using the intercom on the left of the machine (please press strongly on the button).
